Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with the courses you purchased, please contact us at maikelaoshi@gmail.com or WeiXin: maikelaoshi with your name, email address and/or WeiXin, and order number and I will give you a full refund. Please note your account will be deleted and the course will no longer be accessible.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
